FAQ
Answers about connecting, paying and how the subscription works.
Getting connected
You land in your account: it shows how long your subscription lasts and a five-step setup guide. New customers get a free trial, so you don't have to pay to try it.
iPhone and iPad, Android, Windows, macOS. Android TVs use the same app as phones. Your account detects your system and gives you a direct link.
No. Your account gives you a subscription link and the app picks it up in one tap: with a button on your phone, or with a QR code on a computer. No server addresses to type.
Check that a profile is selected in the app and the switch is on. If everything is on and sites still don't open, tap "Check connection" in your account: it shows whether we see your device in the subscription.
Subscription and devices
As many as your plan has slots. A phone and a laptop are two devices. You can change the number of slots in your account: when renewing, or by paying for the days left.
Yes, at any time and in either direction. Extra devices are simply detached from the subscription; you can connect them again after raising the limit.
Access stops working, but the app and the profile stay in place. Once you pay, everything comes back within a minute, nothing to set up again.
Only if you turn auto-renewal on yourself: link a card in your account, in the app or in the bot. You can turn it off or unlink the card there at any time. Otherwise the subscription simply ends.
Payment
With a Russian bank card, through SBP (fast payments) or an e-wallet. You pick the method on the renewal screen; the subscription starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
A payment usually arrives within a minute. If it takes longer, open your account: a payment check button will appear there. It asks the payment system directly.
A refund is possible in one case only: if the service was not provided through a technical fault on our side (clause 12.3 of the Agreement). After the free trial, a paid subscription is not refunded, and neither is one blocked for breaking the rules. If something doesn't work, write to support with your customer number first: almost everything can be fixed. Disputing a payment through your bank without contacting support leads to a permanent block.
Security
Your email or Telegram account, your subscription status and the list of connected devices. We don't keep browsing history.
From the outside, the traffic looks like an ordinary secure HTTPS connection to a big site, so the subscription keeps working where older methods are already blocked.
